We do offer refunds for products purchased directly from us which are returned in the same condition that you received them in, with tags and hygiene stickers intact. Please be aware that we do not offer free returns outside the US.
We are not able to facilitate exchanges; if you wish to exchange a product we would recommend you place a new order and return the current one.
From the day you made your purchase, you have 30 days to send any items back to us for a refund.

Any returned parcels sent by a customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.
